Shopping guide in e-Laconic Store

We are using Great Britain Pound at e-Laconic store. For Malaysian you made your payment in Ringgit Malaysia, unless you made payment via PayPal or credit card .

Step 1: Search for Products
There are two ways of finding your interested products at e-Laconic store:

1.Search Box
Type the search keyword (e.g. LE55) and press ENTER key or click the Go button.


2.Browse by Products Catalog

Step 2: Add to Cart

At the product page, press the button to add the product to your shopping cart and you will be lead to the checkout page.

Step 3: Checkout

At the checkout page,

• If you would like to continue shopping, press the button and repeat Step 2.
• If you would like to change the quantity of the product you want to purchase, key in the new product quantity and your shopping cart will be updated automatically.
• If you would like to remove a certain product from your shopping cart, check/tick the remove box next to the product and press the button.
• If you would like to checkout, press the button.

Step 4: New Customer or Returning Customer

• If you are a new customer to e-Laconic store, please press the "Continue Checkout" button under New Customer column. Please key in your account information in the new page and press the button after that.
• If you are a returning customer, please key in your registered email address and password and press the "Continue Checkout" button.
• Click on the tick box "Change billing information".
• Billing information is in " Check/Money Order " (only applicable in Malaysia), or via "PayPal" for International buyer or Malaysian who wish to pay by credit card.
• Click on the "Continue Checkout".
• Click on the tick box "This will be shipped to a different address." If you want to ship the item to the different addresss.

Step 5: Invoice/Receipt

• Double check the information, and make sure the shipping address is correct.
• At the "Shipping" scroll bar, for Malaysia please choose "Malaysia only", International buyer please choose "Registered Mail"

Step 6: Order Confirmation

• If you are using PayPal just click on the "Pay Now" button. You will be directed to PayPal page automatically. Please follow the screen instructions at PayPal for payment procedures. At e-Laconic store, we do not keep nor store customer credit card information. Please take note that payment via PayPal / Credit Card will be in GBP currency. After completing the payment at PayPal, you will be directed to e-Laconic Store automatically and your order status will be updated to Processing (Payment Received).
• If you are using "Check / Money Order" as a payment method click "Confirm Order".

Step 7: Delivery

• At e-Laconic store, we will deliver the ordered products to our customers at the soonest possible time. For in stock products, we normally ship out within 12~24 hours (except Sunday or Public Holiday).
• For Malaysia customers, the in stock products will normally reach you within 24 business hours (Penisular Malaysia or Kuching or Kota Kinabalu), 48 business hours (Sabah / Sarawak).
• Oversea shipping duration is from 5~10 business days, depends on your location.

Step 8: Laconic privilege member

• If you are Laconic privilege member, you will enjoy 10% discount and ONE TIME 20% discount (terms and conditions) on your birthday month.
• Do inform us with e-mail: laconic_ism@yahoo.com and send us your Order Confirmation number.
